Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs refunds, cancellations, and access related to courses, programs, webinars, mentoring, and other services offered by CFO Axis (“CFO Axis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, you agree to this Policy.

 

1. Course and Program Enrollment

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid for courses, programs, workshops, webinars, or mentoring services are non-refundable once access to course materials, recordings, or program resources has been granted.

 

2. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, refunds are not available once learning materials, recordings, or resources have been accessed, except where required by applicable law.

 

3. Cancellations by Participants

Participants may cancel enrollment prior to accessing course materials. Any refund eligibility in such cases is determined at the sole discretion of CFO Axis and may be subject to administrative charges, unless otherwise required by law.

Failure to attend live sessions, webinars, or mentorship calls does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

4. Rescheduling and Substitutions

CFO Axis may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling to a future cohort or substitution with another program of comparable value. Such accommodations are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Program Modifications or Cancellations by CFO Axis

CFO Axis reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program, session, or offering due to operational, academic, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable alternatives or refunds may be offered at the discretion of CFO Axis.

 

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CFO Axis may result in suspension of access to current and future offerings. CFO Axis reserves the right to contest chargebacks where services or access have been duly provided.

 

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights that may be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
